What is Berries?
Berries are the reward points you can earn by participating in various activities within the Yala platform. These points reflect your engagement and activity in the Yala ecosystem. The more Berries you collect, the higher you can rank on the Yala leaderboard and the more recognition and potential rewards you can earn, which includes Yala’s future airdrop rewards.
Depending on your Berry count, you may unlock tiered rewards, special badges, or other exclusive perks within the Yala ecosystem.
You can earn Berries through a variety of actions on the Yala platform:
Total Berries Point= Regular Task Points+Referral Points(see Referral Program)
All Berries point calculations are based on the time when the on-chain processing is completed. Please note that there may be a time difference between the submission time and the on-chain processing time. Please note that each network has its own separate Berries, and rewards will be distributed across different chains accordingly.
Connect Wallet & Get Testnet Coins: Connect your wallet for the first time and earn 10 berries. This can only be earned once per wallet.
MetaMint YU and Stake YU
Deposit BTC: Earn 1 Berry per 0.001 BTC per hour. The first 24 hours are also counted for earning Berries, but the earnings will not be counted if you withdraw during this period.
MetaMint YU: Earn 0.05 Berries per YU per hour. The first 24 hours are also counted for earning Berries, but the earnings will not be counted if you withdraw during this period.
Note: Any adjustments to your vault (such as depositing or withdrawing BTC or borrowing or repaying YU) will update your Berry count accordingly. Your Points will be refreshed every 1 hour after the first 24 hours of depositing and minting.
Example: Deposit 0.01 BTC and MetaMint 100 YU
BTC Part Earnings: You will earn 10 Berries per hour (calculated as 0.01/0.001 = 10). After 24 hours, you will accumulate 240 Berries. If you withdraw them, you will have 0 Berries left. After 48 hours, you would have earned 480 Berries (10 Berries/hour * 48 hours).
YU Part Earnings: You will earn 5 Berries per hour (calculated as 100 * 0.05 = 5). After 24 hours, you will accumulate 120 Berries. If you withdraw them, you will have 0 Berries left. After 48 hours, you would have earned 240 Berries (5 Berries/hour * 48 hours).
Total Berries after 48 Hours: 480 (BTC Part) + 240 (YU Part) = 720 Berries.
Notice that:
When the user exceeds 10 million berries, BTC and YU rewards can increase up to 200,000 berries/24 hours;
when the user exceeds 20 million berries, BTC and YU rewards can increase up to 150,000 berries/24 hours;
when the user exceeds 30 million berries, BTC and YU rewards can increase up to 100,000 berries/24 hours.
Staking YU
For every 1 YU you stake, you earn 0.01 berries / hour.
Example: Stake 100 YU,you will earn 100*0.01=1 Points in the next hour
Notice that:
When the user exceeds 10 million berries, staking YU can increase up to 5,000 berries/hour.
Follow Yala on Twitter: Earn 10 Berries for following Yala’s Twitter account.
Note: Only one Twitter account can be linked to each wallet.
Please ensure you input your Twitter handle and submit it correctly.
Engage on Twitter: Earn 1 Berry for each like or retweet on Yala’s tweets within the past three days. You can earn up to 10 per day for likes and 10 for retweets.
Daily Check-in: Go to Berries & Leaderboard and click on the Daily Collector. Earn 1 Berry per day by checking in. The check-in resets every 24 hours.
Submit Feedback: You can earn 10 Berries per feedback submission, up to 5 submissions per day. The feedback must be at least 30 words long and include at least one screenshot.
You can boost your Berry count by referring others to Yala. Here’s how it works:
Refer a Friend: When someone joins Yala using your referral link and starts earning Berries through regular tasks, you will automatically earn 15% of the Berries they earn.
Share your unique referral link with friends or within your network.Make sure the referee uses the correct referral link when signing up and connecting their wallet. You can earn Points if you complete tasks on the same blockchain as the referral link.Your Berry balance will increase by 15% of your friends' task rewards as they complete tasks and earn Berries.
You can only invite up to 500 friends.
Notice that:
When the user exceeds 10 million berries, the referral can increase up to 600,000 berries/24 hours;
when the user exceeds 20 million berries, the referral can increase up to 500,000 berries/24 hours;
when the user exceeds 30 million berries, the referral can increase up to 400,000 berries/24 hours.
By referring others, you help expand the Yala community and significantly increase your own Berry count, climbing higher on the leaderboard and unlocking more rewards.
