Emergency Shutdown

During an emergency shutdown, creating a vault and adjusting an existing vault are disabled -only vault closure is permitted. However, BTC deposits into YBTC remain available. An emergency shutdown is triggered when the platform's Total Collateral Ratio falls below 110%.
