YALA becomes the foundational governance and value-alignment asset of the Yala AI ecosystem.

YALA enables:

* Governance of the multi-agent architecture
* Agent-level oversight and parameter updates
* Participation in platform-wide decision-making

Revenue mechanisms include:

* Performance fees from agent-managed vaults
* Usage fees from agent queries
* Future buybacks funded by platform revenue

YALA also acts as the economic anchor for tokens issued within the agent network, with distributions and airdrops flowing to YALA stakers. Individual agents or agent clusters may be monetized independently, with usage fees and revenue streams flowing through agent-specific vaults and tokenized representations.
